Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide, including text, images, logos, photographs, videos, trademarks, and other content, may legally be used in the project.

Revisions

The number of revisions included in a project may vary by service and will be described in the applicable quote, proposal, or client agreement.

Additional revisions or substantial changes beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.

Website Content and Accuracy

Larson Web Design may assist with organizing, formatting, or editing website content. Unless separately agreed, clients remain responsible for reviewing and approving the accuracy of their business information, pricing, policies, product descriptions, legal statements, and other published content.

Third-Party Services

Website projects may involve third-party products or services such as web hosting, domain registration, WordPress, plugins, themes, payment processors, email providers, social media platforms, or other software and online services.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms, pricing, privacy policies, availability, and technical limitations. Larson Web Design is not responsible for outages, policy changes, price increases, service interruptions, or other actions taken by third-party providers.

Domains, Hosting, and Paid Software

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, domain registration, website hosting, premium themes, premium plugins, paid software, and other third-party service fees are purchased separately by the client.

Larson Web Design may help clients select and configure appropriate services but does not guarantee the continued availability or pricing of third-party products.

Website Product Photography

Website product photography services are intended to create images for use on websites and related business materials.

Photography packages may include limits on the number of products, images, shooting time, editing, travel, or other services. Specific details will be included in the applicable quote or agreement.

Some images may be lightly enhanced using traditional or AI-assisted editing tools for purposes such as lighting, color, clarity, cropping, background cleanup, or presentation. Editing will not intentionally be used to materially misrepresent the product or service being photographed.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, Larson Web Design retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, design systems, code libraries, templates, processes, tools, and other intellectual property used in providing services.

Ownership and usage rights for custom project deliverables will be described in the applicable client agreement or project documentation.

Clients may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially use Larson Web Design website content, branding, written materials, designs, or other protected materials without permission.

Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Larson Web Design may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials for the purpose of showing examples of its services.

If confidentiality or other restrictions are required, they should be discussed before the project begins.

Accessibility

Project Cancellation

Cancellation terms, deposits, refunds, work completed, and outstanding balances will be handled according to the applicable client agreement, proposal, invoice, or written project terms.

Unless otherwise agreed, payments for completed work, purchased services, third-party expenses, or non-refundable costs may remain due even if a project is cancelled.
